January 2024: An Army CW2 underwent review by the AGDRB for two GOMORs in his AMHRR
Result: Retirement in Current Rank and Grade
An Army CW2 underwent review by the Army Grade Determination Review Board because of two GOMORs filed in his AMHRR. Attorney Barry drafted the accused's matters to the Grade Board, demonstrating the minor nature of the allegations and the accused's serious mental health conditions that contributed to the misconduct in question. Despite two GOMORs, and mediocre CW2 OERs, the accused was retired in his current rank and grade.

Result: Grade Board Action Terminated for Medical Processing; will retire in current grade and rank
An Army CW4 underwent review by the Army Grade Determination Review Board because of a GOMOR filed in his AMHRR. Attorney Barry drafted matters for the CW4, highlighting the fact that the IDES process had begun. After reviewing the CW4's matters, his grade board action was terminated and he was allowed to process through IDES. The accused will retire as a CW4.

An Army LTC underwent review by the Army Grade Determination Review Board because of a GOMOR filed in her AMHRR. Previously, Attorney Barry assisted the accused in getting retained without a Board of Inquiry; however, when the accused did decide to retire, she faced review for her retirement rank and pay. Attorney Barry drafted the accused's matters and assisted her in collecting additional evidence. The accused retired in her current rank and grade.
February 2023: An Army LTC underwent review by the AGDRB for a GOMOR in his AMHRR
Result: Retired as a LTC
An Army LTC underwent review by the Army Grade Determination Review Board because of a GOMOR filed in his AMHRR. Attorney Barry drafted his matters for the AGDRB and assisted him in collecting additional evidence and letters of support. The accused was retired as a LTC, his highest rank and pay grade.
February 2023: An Army CW3 had his retirement held after receiving a GOMOR
Result: Retired as a CW3
An Army CW3 has his retirement date cancelled after receiving a GOMOR. Attorney Barry drafted the accused's GOMOR Rebuttal, collecting additional evidence and demonstrating the flaws in the supporting investigation. The CG locally filed the GOMOR and the accused was able to proceed with his retirement without under-going review from the Army Grade Determination Review Board.

Result: Retired as a LTC
An Army LTC submitted his retirement packet after having a GOMOR filed in his AMHRR. Attorney Barry reviewed all relevant documents and provided advice throughout the retirement process. Ultimately, the accused retired as a LTC for rank and pay purposes.
