An Army SFC faced tab revocation due to allegations of having an affair with another SF Member's Wife

Result:  Special Forces Tab Retained

An SF SFC faced a tab revocation action for allegedly having an affair with another SF member's wife.  Attorney Barry drafted the accused's response, highlighting that the wife was lying, and had  a documented history of doing so.  Attorney Barry also pointed out that while there was an affair, it was without the accused's knowledge that the wife was married to another SF member. The accused was allowed to keep his SF tab and did not face separation from the Army or Group.

An SF SFC faced a tab revocation action after a positive drug test for steroids. Attorney Barry drafted the accused's rebuttal, demonstrating that the accused actually tested positive for a SARM, which is not a steroid. He also proved, with receipts, photos, and scientific evidence, that the SARM was not properly labeled on a supplement that the accused was taking. Ultimately, the accused was allowed to keep his tab and he continues to serve in Group.

An SF MSG faced a tab revocation action after being implicated in a steroid ring due to Venmo transactions. Attorney Barry drafted the accused's rebuttal, highlighting that there were legitimate reasons for the Venmo transactions in question.  Ultimately, the accused was allowed to keep his tab and never faced separation from the Army or Group. He deployed soon after the decision was made.

An SF SFC faced a tab revocation after numerous actions made against him, dating years back, relating to drug use, drug distribution, and several different allegations of assault. After winning the accused's separation Board, Attorney Barry was also successful in the accused keeping his SF Tab; he was allowed to medically retire from the Army while still being a member of Group.
