Result: Downgraded to an LOC; no UIF established

The Accused, an Air Force Captain, received an LOR for stalking and harassing her ex-boyfriend. Attorney Barry drafted the accused's rebuttal, which included additional evidence and demonstrated that she was actually the victim of her ex's manipulation tactics and abuse. The LOR was downgraded to an LOC and no UIF was established.

The Accused, an Air Force Major, received a Letter of Reprimand for improper use of his Government Travel Card.  Attorney Barry drafted his rebuttal, which included additional evidence and demonstrated that the accused made an honest mistake.  After reading his rebuttal, the LOR was downgraded and no UIF was established.

Result: Downgraded to a Letter of Admonishment, no UIF established

The Accused, a senior Space Force officer, received a Letter of Reprimand after a Command Directed Investigation found he had committed acts of counterproductive leadership. Attorney Gittleman submitted a legal memorandum to the Commander, highlighting the issues with the investigation, as well as assisted the Accused in preparing his personal matters. After reviewing both submissions, the Letter of Reprimand was downgraded to a Letter of Admonishment, no UIF was established, and the Accused is not facing any further disciplinary action.

The Accused, an Air Force Captain and OSI Agent, received an LOR for making racist and sexist comments during a training. Attorney Barry drafted the accused's rebuttal, highlighting the fact when the accused's comments were considered in context, they were not racist or sexist.  Ultimately, the LOR was downgraded to an LOA.
