Attorney Matthew L. Barry is a skilled military lawyer who will fight for your rights. His office is located near Fort Campbell/Fort Liberty and he represents Servicemembers at all bases, worldwide. His military background and legal experience give him a unique understanding of military life, law and procedure. Attorney Barry has spent years as a military defense lawyer fighting for Servicemembers' rights and getting results for them. Whatever your legal situation, Attorney Barry is prepared to be a capable and powerful advocate on your behalf against the seemingly endless resources of the Government.
Attorney Barry also represents students and employees during the Title IX Investigation Process. He is experienced in defending those accused of sexual misconduct, dating violence, and stalking. He has successfully defended these types of cases in the most challenging legal environments. He will travel anywhere in North Carolina to represent a student or employee during the Title IX Investigation Process.
