Attorney Barry collected additional evidence and drafted a rebuttal to the investigation, demonstrating that there was no inappropriate relationship.  Ultimately, the accused faced no adverse action and was promoted to CPT with back pay.

The accused, an Army 1LT, was under investigation for and faced an Article 15 for a Soldier death that occurred during a field training exercise.  Attorney Barry drafted the accused's matters for the Article 15. While the Accused was found Guilty, his punishment was mitigated and he was promoted to CPT.
